Como m\u00e1s lo comemos es cortado en fetitas y vuelta y vuelta a la sart\u00e9n, pero tambi\u00e9n nos gusta usarlo en preparaciones reemplazando al tofu o al texturizado de soja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este caso, lo us\u00e9 como relleno de estos incre\u00edbles, super-sabrosos y saludables rollitos primavera hechos con papel de arroz. Ideales para un almuerzo liviano o como entrada de una cena con tinte oriental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El tempeh<\/h5>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/rollitos3.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/rollitos3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7938\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Siempre usamos el de <a href=\"https:\/\/tempeh.com.ar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tempeh.ar<\/a> que viene en versiones soja, garbanzo, poroto negro o arveja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para esta receta eleg\u00ed el de arveja, pero puede hacerse con cualquier otro tempeh y si no quer\u00e9s usar tempeh, pod\u00e9s omitir y usar m\u00e1s cantidad de verduras o reemplazar por legumbres, texturizado de soja o tofu desgranado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los vegetales<\/h5>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/rollitos2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/rollitos2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7939\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Us\u00e9 la cl\u00e1sica combinaci\u00f3n oriental, de hecho, en lugar de cebolla la que va es la de verdeo, pero me hab\u00eda quedado sin &#x1f62a; as\u00ed que us\u00e9 cebolla com\u00fan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo m\u00e1s usual en estos rellenos es usar zanahoria, repollo, verdeo, jengibre y ajo, pero pod\u00e9s usar los vegetales que tengas en casa y que te gusten. La idea es rallar o picar fino para darles apenas un salteadito en la sart\u00e9n y que queden crocantes y sabrosos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La masa<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Decid\u00ed hacerla f\u00e1cil: Papel de arroz.<br \/>Se hidrata en agua un segundo, se deja ablandar, se rellena y se arma. R\u00e1pido, simple, delicioso, crujiente y sin gluten!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La cocci\u00f3n<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Yo us\u00e9 freidora de aire, que, #dichoseadepaso es el electrodom\u00e9stico m\u00e1s usado en mi cocina despu\u00e9s de la pava el\u00e9ctrica. La uso para TODO y es lo m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Claro que estos rollitos se pueden hacer al horno y tambi\u00e9n fritos o sellar en la sart\u00e9n hasta que el papel est\u00e9 crocante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante comerlos apenas listos, pues al enfriarse, el papel de arroz tiende a ponerse un poco gomoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La salsa<\/h5>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/rollitos4.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/rollitos4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7940\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Pod\u00e9s preparar su propia salsa o usar la deliciosa salsa Jakarta de <a href=\"https:\/\/tempeh.com.ar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tempeh.ar<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dependiendo de la salsa que vayas a utilizar, te recomiendo que tengas cautela con el uso de sal en el relleno, porque algunas salsas son extremadamente saladas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"background-color:#000000\" class=\"tadv-background-color\"><span style=\"color:#ffffff\" class=\"tadv-color\">INCLUSO, para que sea SIN TACC, es necesario usar salsa de soja SIN TACC o reemplazar por tamari o alguna otra salsa OJO, no hay que remojarla, solo sumegirla y sacarla. Luego apoyarla sobre la tabla o la mesada de trabajo y esperar un minuto hasta que se vuelva flexible. Si la dejamos demasiado, se volver\u00e1 muy chiclosa y ser\u00e1 dif\u00edcil de manipular.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7941-step-0-10\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colocar el relleno a lo largo del c\u00edrculo, sin llegar a los bordes.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7941-step-0-11\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Tomar el extremo inferior y doblar sobre el relleno, luego doblar cada uno de los costados izquierdo y derecho. Finalmente enrollar.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7941-step-0-12\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Repetir con cada una de las hojas de papel de arroz.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7941-step-0-13\" con aceite de oliva y llevar a la freidora de aire por 10 minutos o al horno pre-calentado a temperatura media hasta que est\u00e9n dorados y crujientes.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7941-step-0-14\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Tambi\u00e9n se pueden fre\u00edr en aceite o sellar en una sart\u00e9n bien caliente.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7941-step-0-15\"
