Para ese festejo hice un pastel de chocolate relleno con dulce de leche y cubierto con ganache que me sali\u00f3 mal &#x1f635;&#x200d;&#x1f4ab;. Por alguna raz\u00f3n el polvo de hornear fall\u00f3 y el bizcochuelo qued\u00f3 apelmazado &#x1f635;. Esto lo cuento para que veas que #PUEDEFALLAR y que por m\u00e1s que tengamos mucha experiencia en la cocina, a veces las cosas salen mal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como ten\u00eda ganas de hacer otro festejo con amigas, decid\u00ed hacer este pastel, en memoria del que me hac\u00eda mi mam\u00e1 para mis cumplea\u00f1os. Se trata de un bizcochuelo perfumado con vainilla, una crema de lim\u00f3n (estilo lemon pie) y una cobertura de crema batida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es fresco, c\u00edtrico y esponjoso, ideal para la merienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disculpen que no haya fotos de la torta entera, es que vol\u00f3 en cuesti\u00f3n de minutos. Al d\u00eda siguiente pude rescatar un par de porciones para ilustrar esta receta, que les comparto aqu\u00ed abajo. Luego se corta en 3 o 2 capas de bizcochuelo.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para la crema de lim\u00f3n<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7945-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Lavar y secar el lim\u00f3n y la naranja.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7945-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Rallar ambas c\u00e1scaras (sin llegar a la parte blanca)<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7945-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Exprimir el lim\u00f3n y la naranja, colocar los jugos en un medidor y completar con leche vegetal hasta llegar a los 600 ml.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7945-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colocar la mitad del l\u00edquido (300) ml en una cacerolita junto con el az\u00facar y llevar al fuego.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7945-step-1-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Mezclar el resto del l\u00edquido con el almid\u00f3n, batir muy bien hasta integrar.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7945-step-1-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">A\u00f1adir la mezcla a la cacerola y cocinar a fuego bajo, revolviendo con cuchara de madera hasta espesar.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7945-step-1-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Apagar el fuego y colocar la cucharada de aceite de coco.
