Debo darle cr\u00e9dito porque desde que prob\u00e9 su m\u00e9todo, nunca m\u00e1s pude hacer la pizza de otra forma.<br \/>\nEl la llama: &#8220;Pizza para los que nunca har\u00edan\u00a0pizza&#8221; y me parece muy acertado, porque es una masa que se hace sola, sin amasar, lo \u00fanico que necesita para desarrollarse es una noche entera en la heladera. Desde que soy vegana, hago pizzas cubiertas con un sinf\u00edn de vegetales, crudos y cocidos, hongos, hojas verdes, tomates secos y demases.<br \/>\nEn esta oportunidad les voy a pasar tambi\u00e9n la receta o modo de preparaci\u00f3n de la &#8220;mozzarella&#8221; vegana por excelencia: El queso de papa. Se trata de una preparaci\u00f3n que sobre la pizza gratina y queda espectacular, se le da sabor a queso usando levadura nutricional, es muy f\u00e1cil de preparar y queda deliciosa.<br \/>\nLo bueno de comer una pizza sin queso, es que evitamos la combinaci\u00f3n l\u00e1cteo-carbohidrato que hace que nos sintamos pesados y dificulta la digesti\u00f3n. Prometo que comiendo esta pizza, aunque te zarpes en cantidad, te vas a sentir liviano al rato. Sobre todo si hac\u00e9s\u00a0la masa con harina integral, como es mi caso.<\/p>\n<p>Tengan en cuenta que con estas cantidades salen 5 pizzas, yo preparo y la guardo en el freezer cada bollo listo en una bolsita, as\u00ed cuando tengo ganas de comer pizza es solo sacarlo del freezer, esperar a que se descongele (1 hora aproximadamente) estirar y hornear!<\/p>\n<p>Bueno, basta de tanta perorata y grs. de harina integral<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">300 grs. de harina 000<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">200 grs. de s\u00e9mola fina de trigo<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">650 cm3 de agua<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">40 grs. de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">20 grs. de sal<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">10 grs. de levadura fresca o 3 grs. de levadura seca<\/li>\n<li class=\"ERSeparator\">Para la salsa<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Tomates frescos<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Or\u00e9gano<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Sal y pimienta<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Ajo en polvo<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Piment\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ERSeparator\">Para el queso de papa<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 papas grandes<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Sal, pimienta y jugo de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Levadura nutricional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Instructions<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Para la masa<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Mezclar todos los ingredientes en un bol hasta unir bien, no hace falta amasar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Tapar el bol con una bolsa o papel film y guardar en la heladera durante toda la noche.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Al d\u00eda siguiente, sacar de la heladera.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Dividir en 5 partes iguales y formar los bollos.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Estirar en pizzera, cubrir con la salsa y hornear.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Para la salsa:<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cortar los tomates groseramente y pasar por el mixer.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Condimentar a gusto.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">Para el queso de papa<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Hervir las papas con c\u00e1scara hasta que est\u00e9n tiernas.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pelar y dejar enfriar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Pasar por el mixer las papas, condimentar con un chorrito de jugo de lim\u00f3n, aceite de oliva, sal, pimienta y levadura nutricional a gusto.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Resultar\u00e1 una pasta pegajosa similar al queso derretido.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Colocar sobre la pizza y gratinar al all ingredients in a bowl until blended well, you do not knead.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cover the bowl with a bag or plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator overnight.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">The next day, remove from refrigerator.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Divide into 5 equal parts and form buns.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Stretch in a pan, cover with sauce and bake.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">For the tomato sauce:<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cut the tomatoes coarsely and go through the mixer.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Season to taste.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"ERSeparator\">For vegan cheese<\/div>\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Boil the potatoes until tender.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Peel and cool.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Go through the mixer potatoes, season with a dash of lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and nutritional yeast to taste.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">It will be a sticky paste-like melted cheese.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place on pizza and bake untill golden.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div
