Que si es rica, que si es fea, que si es &#8220;de pobre&#8221;, que si es -como dec\u00eda nuestro abuelo Mingo- &#8220;comida de chanchos&#8221;. Entre las veganas hermanas tambi\u00e9n, porque Loli y yo (Maru) la amamos, pero Sabri la aborrece, ja!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A m\u00ed, particularmente, me gusta m\u00e1s <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/polenta-con-salsa-bolognesa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">con salsa bolognesa<\/a>  pero, el otro d\u00eda se me vino a la mente esta receta que hac\u00eda mam\u00e1: con espinaca. Me trajo tan gratos recuerdos que quise compartirla con ustedes. Porque cuando la cocin\u00e1s, se hincha y si us\u00e1s la proporci\u00f3n tal cual queda medio un masacote.<\/li><li>No usar agua solita, usar caldo o agua con <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/caldo-concentrado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">caldo concentrado<\/a> o usar una leche vegetal sin endulzar en lugar de agua, o leche m\u00e1s caldo, por qu\u00e9 no. Puede ser leche de lo que quieras: <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/leche-de-arroz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">arroz<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/leche-de-quinoa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">quinoa<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/leche-de-soja\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">soja<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/leche-de-alpiste\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">alpiste<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/leche-de-mani\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">man\u00ed<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/leche-de-papa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">papa<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/leche-de-avena\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">avena<\/a>. La leche suma valor nutricional y cremosidad, mientras el caldo aporta sabor.<\/li><li>Agregar materia grasa directamente al caldo, antes de sumar la polenta. Puede ser aceite de oliva, <a href=\"https:\/\/pency.app\/ohaceitedeoliva\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Oh!<\/a> por supuesto, de coco o manteca vegana -la primera que ense\u00f1amos <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/manteca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ac\u00e1<\/a>, la de nuestro c<a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/curso-lacteos-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">urso de l\u00e1cteos vegetales<\/a> o esta otra <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/manteca-de-porotos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de porotos<\/a>-. <\/li><li>Sumar un queso derretible en medio de la cocci\u00f3n de la polenta, para que se caliente bien y aporte consistencia y sabor. De <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/queso-derretible-de-arroz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">arroz<\/a>, de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/muzza-de-girasol\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">girasol<\/a>, de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/queso-de-avena-derrite-y-gratina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">avena<\/a>, de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/muzza-de-mani\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">man\u00ed<\/a>. Agregar la sal y el aceite de oliva o manteca vegana. Colocar la polenta y cocinar revolviendo durante 1 minuto.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7993-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En mitad de la cocci\u00f3n de la polenta, agregar el queso derretible vegano y la espinaca cocida.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">Para servir:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-7993-step-2-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Servir en un plato hondo y colocar un chorrito de aceite de oliva por encima.
