Pido disculpas oficiales a mis amigas Paulette y Valerina que fueron mis primeras v\u00edctimas por all\u00e1 por el 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el tiempo fui mejorando la t\u00e9cnica y cuando lleg\u00f3 el turno de nuestro primer libro <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/comida-tipica-argentina-vegana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Comida T\u00edpica Argentina Vegana<\/a>, ya la ten\u00eda tan clara que hasta te hac\u00eda esta otra versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s expr\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter INFALIBLES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La t\u00e9cnica de los tiempos de espera y amasado de modo entrecortado y progresivo, produce una masa liviana y esponjosa.<\/li><li>Como es una masa con m\u00e1s humedad que la de la pizza, plegamos hacia adentro en el amasado.<\/li><li>Para que la masa resulte h\u00fameda y tierna, es indispensable hornear con vapor (agregando un recipiente con agua en el interior del horno).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a Va a quedar una masa pegajosa. Dejar reposar 10 minutos tapada con repasador.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8036-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Sin sacar la masa del bol, plegar desde afuera hacia adentro la masa varias veces. Tapar y dejar reposar 15 minutos.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8036-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Otra vez plegar desde afuera hacia adentro. Tapar y dejar reposar 20 minutos.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8036-step-0-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Repetir la acci\u00f3n del plegado una vez m\u00e1s.
