La receta es de <a href=\"https:\/\/plantyou.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Plant You<\/a>, un blog espectacular de recetas veganas que adem\u00e1s cuenta con una secci\u00f3n que se llama <em>Scrappy cooking<\/em>, en donde transforma en comida cosas que es usual desechar, como es el caso del agua en la cual cocinamos las papas. En la receta, Carleigh cuenta que la idea la sac\u00f3 de un libro llamado <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goodreads.com\/book\/show\/688876.Wilderness_Wife\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Wilderness wife<\/a>, de Brad and Vera Angier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obviamente, a nivel nutricional no se le va a parecer al arce, porque este sirope de papa est\u00e1 hecho de la fermentaci\u00f3n de agua de papa con az\u00facar. Pero cr\u00e9anme, que a nivel textura y sabor es id\u00e9ntico, realmente incre\u00edble y a nivel econ\u00f3mico ni les cuento, ya que el maple syrup es un producto importado de Canad\u00e1 y cuesta mucho dinero, adem\u00e1s de que no es sustentable consumir productos que tengan que viajar tanto hasta llegar a nuestra mesa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es f\u00e1cil, es econ\u00f3mico, es sostenible, realmente vale la pena que pruebes esta receta.
