Ac\u00e1 te traemos una receta re f\u00e1cil y deliciosa para que las reutilices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puede que en muchas recetas con br\u00f3coli s\u00f3lo se recomiende usar las flores, como en esta de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/brocolis-salteados\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">br\u00f3colis salteados <\/a>o en esta de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/canastitas-de-brocoli\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">canastitas de br\u00f3coli<\/a>, pero si viene con tallo y hojas no es cuesti\u00f3n de mandar el sobrante al tacho (o al <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/hola-compost\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">compost!<\/a>), el br\u00f3coli se puede comer entero y es riqu\u00edsimo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nosotras solemos usar el tallo para hacer este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/caldo-concentrado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">caldo concentrado<\/a> y las hojas a veces las salteamos con las flores y mandamos todo junto acompa\u00f1ando unas ricas pastas. Pero el otro d\u00eda que las hojas eran un mont\u00f3n y estaban divinas, se me ocurri\u00f3 hacer lo mismo que Loli hizo con la <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/chips-de-col-rizada\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">col rizada<\/a> en esta otra receta y la verdad, va como
