En este caso us\u00e9 zucchinis, zanahorias y cebollas.<br \/>\nYo lo acompa\u00f1\u00e9 con unos noodles de algas kelp, los visitantes del barrio chino pueden comprar all\u00ed los fideos de algas, tienen una textura alucinante, como una cl\u00e1sica pasta al dente, la diferencia es que en ellos no hay harina, no hay gluten, casi no hay calor\u00edas, no hay hidratos de carbono y si hay mucha fibra. CHAN!<br \/>\nSi no consiguen pueden usar fideos de arroz, qu\u00ednoa, arroz yaman\u00ed o simplemente, comer las verduras solas.<br \/>\nEste salteado resulta en una salsa oscura, muy sabrosa, que envuelve las verduritas crujientes haci\u00e9ndolas irresistibles, ah, y se prepara en 20 minutos o menos, as\u00ed que la excusa de &#8220;no tiengo tiempo para cocinar&#8221; se la pueden guardar en sesgo.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cortar los zucchinis en cuartos y luego en rodajitas.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cortar la cebolla en cubos.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Picar el integrar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cuando los vegetales est\u00e9n doraditos, incorporar la mezcla de salsa de soja al wok.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Revolver con cuchara de madera para terminar de cocinar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Rectificar sal (como la salsa de soja es salada, yo no le agrego m\u00e1s sal, pero va en el gusto de cada uno)<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">En este momento se agregan los fideos de algas o los fideos de arroz ya cocidos.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Agregar las almendras.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Apagar
