A diferencia de la <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/cerealitas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cl\u00e1sica veganizada<\/a> que les compart\u00ed el a\u00f1o pasado, esta receta no lleva: ni aceite, ni TACC, ni horno! Y es tan deliciosa como saludable!<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/cerealitas_raw_2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/cerealitas_raw_2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8173\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ustedes se preguntar\u00e1n \u00bfentonces qu\u00e9 lleva esta receta? Bueno, ac\u00e1 les cuento:<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Semillas: variadas, en cantidad y activadas. Yo us\u00e9 girasol, ch\u00eda, lino y s\u00e9samo. Y para activarlas us\u00e9 un fermento: el suero del yogur casero que ense\u00f1amos en nuestro curso de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/curso-lacteos-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l\u00e1cteos vegetales I <\/a>-es decir, el agua resultante del filtrado del yogur para hacer queso crema-. Se puede reemplazar por <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/kefir\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">agua de k\u00e9fir<\/a>, kombucha, rejuvelac, por agua mezclada con probi\u00f3ticos o simplemente por agua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harina de almendras y de coco. Se pueden reemplazar, pero es importante que sea por harinas que se puedan consumir crudas, como las de frutos secos y semillas. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cascarilla de psyllium en polvo. Este ingrediente es clave para ligar bien toda la masa y que pueda trabajarse con facilidad. La verdad es que es un electrodom\u00e9stico maravilloso e indispensable si est\u00e1s buscando mejorar la calidad de los alimentos que llev\u00e1s a tu mesa. Yo las sequ\u00e9 en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bidcom.com.ar\/deshidratadores-de-alimentos\/deshidratador-de-alimentos-gadnic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00e9ste<\/a> que la gente de <a href=\"https:\/\/bidcom.ar\/holavegan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bidcom<\/a> nos mand\u00f3 para probar y est\u00e1 genial por varios motivos. Primero porque es liviano y compacto, f\u00e1cil de guardar o de encontrarle un huequito en la cocina -si lo usan mucho como nosotras-. Segundo porque pese a ser peque\u00f1o, tiene un mont\u00f3n de espacio: cinco bandejas apilables donde entra esta receta completa y sobra un poco de lugar. block;\">Las de ch\u00eda y lino pueden remojarse juntas y usando l\u00edquido para cubrirlas, que apenas las tape.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8171-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Las de s\u00e9samo no es necesario remojarlas. Aunque si quieren hacerlo pueden -yo lo hice-, en lo posible con un fermento, porque si no quedan amargas. Tambi\u00e9n se pueden tostar y moler.<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-group\"><h4 class=\"wprm-recipe-group-name wprm-recipe-instruction-group-name wprm-block-text-bold\">En la ma\u00f1ana:<\/h4><ul class=\"wprm-recipe-instructions\"><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8171-step-1-0\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colar el l\u00edquido de las semillas de girasol y de s\u00e9samo (en caso de que las hayas remojado). Las de ch\u00eda y lino no van a poder colarse, ver\u00e1n que se habr\u00e1 formado una masa de muc\u00edlago y semillas, eso es justamente lo que necesitamos.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8171-step-1-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colocar todas las semillas en un bol.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8171-step-1-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">A\u00f1adir la harina de almendras, la de coco y la sal. Integrar bien.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8171-step-1-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Agregar la cucharada de psyllium y formar una pasta compacta.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8171-step-1-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colocar la pasta entre dos papeles manteca y estirar con palo de amasar formando un rect\u00e1ngulo de 2-3 mil\u00edmetros de espesor.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8171-step-1-5\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Retirar el papel de la superficie y cortar en cuadraditos para hacer las galletitas.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8171-step-1-6\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Si las van a deshidratar: retirarlas con ayuda de una esp\u00e1tula del papel y colocarlas sobre el deshidratador.
