El caso es que ya que \u00edbamos a reemplazar la carne, sustitu\u00edmos tambi\u00e9n el cereal, porque si algo hemos aprendido en este camino del veganismo es que no hay nada irreemplazable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ACERCA DE LA CEBADA PERLADA<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Les hab\u00edamos contado en <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/risotto-de-cebada-perlada\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">este posteo<\/a> sobre sus beneficios. La cebada es el cereal con mayor contenido de fibra. Tiene fibra insoluble con beta-glucanos que colaboran disminuyendo el colesterol y los niveles de glucosa en sangre. La cebada se recomienda para el embarazo, la lactancia, la infancia y la madurez ya que juega un papel fundamental para los intestinos por su alto contenido de fibra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se cocina de la misma manera que el arroz y, en este caso, usamos caldo vegetal en lugar de agua para hacerlo. Como yo soy de las que tienen siempre en el freezer este <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/caldo-concentrado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">caldo concentrado m\u00e1gico<\/a>, us\u00e9 por cada taza de agua, una cucharadita de caldo y calent\u00e9 todo en un jarrito para que estuviera tibio al momento de la preparaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El \u00fanico problema de la cebada es que <strong>CONTIENE GLUTEN<\/strong> por lo que, si sos intolerante, te recomendamos reemplazarla por arroz en las mismas proporciones y con el mismo m\u00e9todo de cocci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/cebada_tofu_4.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"8203\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/cebada_tofu_4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8203\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/cebada_tofu_3.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"8202\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/cebada_tofu_3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8202\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>PARA REEMPLAZAR AL POLLO<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Usamos tofu, fileteado, troceado y marinado en el mismo menjunje que ense\u00f1amos en estos <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/nuggets-de-tofu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nuggets<\/a> que consiste en mezclar: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 taza de salsa de soja<\/li><li>2 cdas. de salsa agridulce (puede ser alg\u00fan sirope o melaza)<\/li><li>1 cda. de mostaza<\/li><li>1 cda de aj\u00ed molido o cayena<\/li><li>Or\u00e9gano fresco<\/li><li>Romero fresco (o las hierbas que te gusten)<\/li><li>1 diente de ajo<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La noche anterior, filete\u00e1s el tofu y lo dej\u00e1s marinando en esa mezcla en recipiente herm\u00e9tico en la heladera y al d\u00eda siguiente ya est\u00e1 listo para usar en esta receta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/cebada_tofu_2-1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/cebada_tofu_2-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8204\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EN CUANTO A LA RECETA<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Usamos la cl\u00e1sica, la tradicional, el mismo guiso que hac\u00edan mam\u00e1 y la abuela y que, personalmente yo, Maru, detestaba, jaja. Es que nuestra madre le pon\u00eda menudos &#x1f922; y a m\u00ed eso me parec\u00eda asqueroso en m\u00faltiples sentidos. Pero, como ya les cont\u00e9 en m\u00e1s de una oportunidad, esas cosas que siendo omnn\u00edvora me parec\u00edan horripilantes, son las que m\u00e1s me tienta hacer en versi\u00f3n vegana y creo que lo que m\u00e1s me motiva es LO INFINITAMENTE SUPERADORAS QUE RESULTAN &#x1f331; \u00bfSe animan a probar?<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div id=\"wprm-recipe-container-8205\" block;\">En una cacerola a fuego medio, colocar un chorrito de aceite de oliva y sellar los trozos de tofu previamente marinados y escurridos. Sellarlos de ambos lados, retirar y reservar.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8205-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Volver a colocar un chorrito de aceite de oliva en la misma cacerola (no importa si quedaron restos de tofu) y colocar la cebolla y el ajo picados. A\u00f1adir una pizca de sal, tapar la olla y bajar el fuego para que se cocinen lentamente hasta que la cebolla est\u00e9 transparente.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8205-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Agregar el aj\u00ed picado y el tomate cubeteado o rallado, cocinando la preparaci\u00f3n unos minutos m\u00e1s.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8205-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Ahora, incorporar la cebada perlada y sofre\u00edr un par de minutos. A\u00f1adir el caldo (en lo posible tibio). Sumar el azafr\u00e1n y el piment\u00f3n y colocar los trozos de tofu sellados.
