Hoy les voy a compartir la m\u00eda que tiene un paso extra que no siempre se da: la fermentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/untable_girasol_1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/untable_girasol_1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8229\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>En lugar de remojar las semillas en <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/kefir\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">k\u00e9fir de agua<\/a>, como hab\u00eda hecho en <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/queso-ahumado-estacionado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">esta ocasi\u00f3n<\/a>, lo que hago es sumar el fermento al momento del mixeado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfY qu\u00e9 fermento us\u00e9? <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Bueno, us\u00e9 un yogur natural fermentado de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/cocoiogo\/?hl=es-la\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Coco Iogo<\/a> &#8211; sin endulzantes, ni saborizantes- pero, que no panda el c\u00fanico porque se puede usar otro yogur vegetal natural fermentado (como el que hacemos en los cursos de <a href=\"https:\/\/holavegan.tiendup.com\/curso\/curso-de-lacteos-vegetales-on-demand\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l\u00e1cteos I<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/holavegan.tiendup.com\/curso\/curso-de-lacteos-vegetales-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">II<\/a> y en el de <a href=\"https:\/\/holavegan.tiendup.com\/curso\/curso-online-quesos-vegetales\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">quesos<\/a>). Y tambi\u00e9n, el sabor levemente \u00e1cido del fermento, ayuda a suavizar el amargor de las semillas de girasol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con las cantidades que doy en la receta, sale un frasquito peque\u00f1o, si lo prueban y les gusta tanto como a m\u00ed, empiecen a duplicarlas porque les juro que yo este me lo como en una sentada!<\/p>\n\n\n<div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colar el agua de remojo y colocar las semillas en un vaso para mixer o licuadora.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8228-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">A\u00f1adir la sal, el jugo de lim\u00f3n, el aceite de oliva y el yogur natural. Mixear hasta obtener una crema densa. En este punto se podr\u00eda consumir pero, para que los probi\u00f3ticos hagan efecto, es necesario estacionarlo.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8228-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Colocar la preparaci\u00f3n en un frasco limpio, tapar y reservar en lugar oscuro y seco por 12 a 48 hs., dependiendo de cu\u00e1n fermentado lo querramos.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8228-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">El queso habr\u00e1 cobrado un aroma levemente \u00e1cido: eso est\u00e1 bien.
