receta muy simple, que tambi\u00e9n se puede preparar con la verdura que quieras o tengas en el momento, incluso s\u00f3lo con la parte del tallo del br\u00f3coli, as\u00ed que no te atrevas a desecharlo!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo diferente a esta otra <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/bunuelos-de-espinaca\/\">rece de bu\u00f1uelos<\/a> es que en lugar de semillas de lino us\u00e9 psyllium en polvo, para lograr una liga perfecta y porque no usamos huevo, claro est\u00e1!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La harina de espelta&nbsp; se puede reemplazar por harina de avena o por alguna sin gluten pero si no ten\u00e9s ning\u00fan problema de consumirlo pod\u00e9s usar harina de trigo blanca, integral o de centeno!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a la cocci\u00f3n, para m\u00ed los verdaderos bu\u00f1uelos siempre fueron, son y ser\u00e1n FRITOS, pero debo decir que al horno quedan muy bien, los he probado haciendo una versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s chata y pareja, para que sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil lograr un doror parejo, siempre siendos generosos con el aceite de oliva, por supuesto!<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">En una sart\u00e9n colocar un chorrito de aceite de oliva incorporar el ajo machacado y agregar el br\u00f3coli cortado, agregar sal.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li block;\">Bajar el fuego para que no se queme, colocar el caldo concentrado, la cucharada de levadura nutricional, pimienta, merken y el chorrito de agua.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li Con ayuda de dos cucharas tomar parte de la masa y dar forma de bu\u00f1uelo, volcar con cuidado en el aceite caliente.
