Pero la realidad es que es un &#8220;at\u00fan&#8221; f\u00e1cil, rico y vers\u00e1til, por lo que lo usamos para otras tantas preparaciones como ensaladas, wraps, etc. Por eso el otro d\u00eda que record\u00e9 que cuando no \u00e9ramos veganas sol\u00edamos comer bastante seguido sanguchitos de at\u00fan, me pareci\u00f3 una buena idea recrearlos con \u00e9ste a base de garbanzos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LA AN\u00c9CDOTA DE LOS SANGUCHITOS DE AT\u00daN<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Siempre que comemos sanguchitos de at\u00fan -vegan, of course- me acuerdo de la vez que, promediando la d\u00e9cada del 90, nuestra mam\u00e1 se hab\u00eda ido a hacer alguna diligencia y no llegaba y se hac\u00eda la hora del almuerzo. Nosotras, adolescentes malcriadas, no sab\u00edamos ni hervir una papa. A la cocina \u00edbamos a poner agua para el mate o a lavar los platos pero, de cocinar, ni hablar. S\u00f3lo sab\u00edamos que el men\u00fa iba a ser sanguchitos de at\u00fan y como ten\u00edamos hambre y mam\u00e1 no llegaba, decidimos poner manos a la obra y hacerlos nosotras mismas PERO NINGUNA DE LAS TRES SAB\u00cdA ABRIR LA LATA, me r\u00edo por no llorar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por suerte a abrir latas ya aprendimos!
