Su sabor es intenso -producto de la fermentaci\u00f3n- y su consistencia es un tanto \u00e1spera -m\u00e1s parecida a una ricota-. Es delicioso para untar tostadas y se le puede dar un toque dulce con <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/mermelada-cruda\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mermeladas<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/maple-syrup-de-papa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">siropes<\/a>, pero tambi\u00e9n va bien para condimentar en versi\u00f3n salada con lo que m\u00e1s te guste y volverlo protagonista de una picada -tipo como hicimos <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/ideas-para-dips-con-base-de-queso-crema\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ac\u00e1<\/a>-.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La parte m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Pelar las almendras sin cocinar! Tal como les cont\u00e9 en <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/salsa-cheddar-bacon-bits-de-almendras\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">este otro posteo<\/a>, es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil pelarlas cuando se las pasa por agua hirviendo. Despu\u00e9s, es una receta muy sencilla. Ah y con las pieles de las almendras obvio que pueden hacer <em>bacon bits<\/em>!<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/untable_almendras_2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/untable_almendras_2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8394\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El fermento<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Idealmente se usa <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/kefir\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">k\u00e9fir de agua<\/a> o rejuvelac, Pero tambi\u00e9n lo prob\u00e9 con el suero del yogur filtrado que ense\u00f1amos en el curso de l\u00e1cteos vegetales y queda genial. En caso de no tener ninguna de estas cosas, aconsejo agregar una cucharada de yogur natural sin endulzar y vivo, como el de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/cocoiogo\/?hl=es-la\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Coco Iogo<\/a> o el contenido de una c\u00e1psula de probi\u00f3ticos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tiempo que lo dejamos fermentando (entre 12 y 24 hs.) ser\u00e1 el mismo tiempo en que aprovecharemos para filtrar el queso. Para hacerlo, recomiendo usar una tela tipo gasa, alg\u00fan filtro para leches o nuestros pa\u00f1os queseros o eco-bolsas reutilizables que encuentran en nuestra <a href=\"https:\/\/holavegan.mercadoshops.com.ar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tienda online<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les dejo la receta, \u00a1comenten si lo prueban!<\/p>\n\n\n<div Luego de este tiempo, es necesario pelarlas para que el queso quede blanco -de lo contrario la piel aportar\u00e1 color y textura-.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8402-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Mixear las almendras con el agua de k\u00e9fir y el resto de los ingredientes hasta obtener una crema.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-8402-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Ahora ser\u00e1 necesario filtrar la crema para obtener la consistencia de un queso untable, para ello es necesario envolver la pasta en una tela y dejarla filtrando sobre un colador.
