No s\u00f3lo porque son realmente sabrosos, sino porque son salvadores. Es que antes usaba mucho tomate en lata y extractos, pero desde que decid\u00ed dejar de comprar latas en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda, descubr\u00ed en los tomates secos un ingrediente aliado. Siempre tengo tomates secos en mi alacena y semanalmente les voy dando diversos usos, as\u00ed que ac\u00e1 les comparto mis tres favoritos. Claro que los uso para muchas m\u00e1s recetas, as\u00ed que m\u00e1s adelante las ir\u00e9 compartiendo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una aclaraci\u00f3n importante sobre la rehidrataci\u00f3n de los tomates. Puede hacerse con agua hirviendo, tibia o natural, dependiendo del tiempo disponible de remojo. A m\u00ed me gusta remojarlos toda la noche, por lo que uso agua natural, pero pueden usar agua hirviendo si los necesitan para usar en el d\u00eda (demoran unos 20 minutos aproximadamente).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#1. Para reemplazar los tomates confitados<\/h5>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/tomates_conserva_2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/tomates_conserva_2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8413\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Entre amistades y familiares es bien sabido que los <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tomates-confitados\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tomates confitados<\/a> que hace nuestro padre son el gran atractivo de nuestras picadas. Amamos esos tomates y, no es porque sea su hija, pero a pap\u00e1 le salen mejor que a nadie. Ahora bien, en \u00e9poca en que los tomates andan medio-medio o cuando las que andamos medio-medio somos nosotras y no tenemos muchas ganas de cocinar, hacemos algo similar pero usando los tomates Pero el concentrado de tomate comprado muy pocas veces es &#8220;s\u00f3lo tomate&#8221;. Suele tener almidones y conservantes &#x2620;, por lo que, desde hace un tiempo, lo reemplazamos simplemente procesando unos tomates secos rehidratados y escurridos.
