Hice la masa de \u00f1oquis de papa de siempre, pero los rellen\u00e9 con mozzarella vegana y los grill\u00e9 en una sart\u00e9n bien caliente con aceite de oliva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quedan unas bolitas crocantes por fuera, por dentro tiernas, con quesito que se derrite y se mezcla con la salsa&#8230; Quedan ALUCINANTES.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para una opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s fresca, pod\u00e9s acompa\u00f1arlos con hojas de r\u00facula y nueces tostadas en lugar de tuco.
