Aporta minerales: potasio, magnesio y hierro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Com\u00e9 frutas de estaci\u00f3n: mel\u00f3n, sand\u00eda, mango, anan\u00e1, etc. Son hidratantes, protegen tu piel, intestino, microbiota y te ayudan a ir de cuerpo. Por su aporte de potasio regulan la presi\u00f3n arterial, y gracias a la vitamina C y los carotenos, mejoran la absorci\u00f3n del hierro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tom\u00e1 abundante agua: de 2 a 3 litros al d\u00eda. No esperes a sentir sed, la sed ya es un s\u00edntoma de deshidrataci\u00f3n y puede provocarte dolores de cabeza, mareos, cansancio y confusi\u00f3n. Es crucial en verano reponer el agua que perdemos por transpiraci\u00f3n. El agua mantiene la salud renal, de la piel, del sistema nervioso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4. No saltees comidas. Pasar hambre no es buena idea porque tu cuerpo percibe esa \u201cfalta \u201c y te pasa factura en modo compensaci\u00f3n haciendo que luego comas descontroladamente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5. Los d\u00edas posteriores a las fiestas eleg\u00ed ensaladas con muchos vegetales crudos: son bombas antioxidantes, llenas de minerales, vitaminas y fibras que ayudar\u00e1n a tu cuerpo a depurarse de los excesos.
