Mediterr\u00e1neo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Como siempre digo, est\u00e1 bueno tener buen pan en el freezer para sacarte de un apuro, grill\u00e1s unos vegetales o los pon\u00e9s crudos (o un poco de cada) y ten\u00e9s un almuerzo\/cena\/brunch\/aperitivo suculento y delicioso.<br \/>\nEn este caso, us\u00e9 mi cl\u00e1sica Focaccia (<a title=\"Focaccia\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/2014\/05\/26\/focaccia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">receta aqu\u00ed<\/a>) pero se puede hacer con el pan que m\u00e1s te guste.<br \/>\nComo opcional, us\u00e9 palta, ya s\u00e9 que la palta poco y nada tiene que ver con la cocina mediterr\u00e1nea, pero yo AMO la palta, y la considero la frutilla de la torta en cualquier ensalada o s\u00e1nguche, as\u00ed que si, yo le puse palta.<br \/>\nVos ponele o no le pongas, solo te digo que queda MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOY bien!<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" class=\"ERSeparator\">Para condimentar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Jugo de lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Sal y berenjenas y los tomates en rodajas.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Calentar una sart\u00e9n y grillar las berenjenas de ambos lados hasta que est\u00e9n doradas.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cortar la palta en l\u00e1minas.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">En un bol, colocar las hojas verdes y la albahaca ya lavadas y escurridas, sazonar con jugo de lim\u00f3n, sal, pimienta y aceite de oliva.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cortar el pan y disponer las berenjenas, los tomates por encima, la palta y finalmente las hojas verdes.<\/li>\n<li
