En primer lugar porque parecen inofensivas, \u00bfqu\u00e9 mal puede encerrar una formita semi-transparente que viene en los m\u00e1s bellos colores? Bueno, muchos. Porque est\u00e1n hechas a base de az\u00facares refinados a niveles industriales, colorantes y gelatina de origen animal y, como ya sabemos, la gelatina de origen animal no es m\u00e1s que un caldo de huesos, v\u00edsceras, pieles y descartes de piezas que alguna vez conformaron un ser viviente. Son una porquer\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando nos planteamos veganizar las gomitas, tuvimos dos intenciones como norte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tratar de lograr una consistencia similar, usando ingredientes vegetales y la menor cantidad de az\u00facar posible -lleva bastante, pero no tanta como las compradas-.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ya que \u00edbamos a colorear, tratar de que fuera a trav\u00e9s de ingredientes jugos de fruta, en lugar de usar colorantes comprados.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ac\u00e1 te dejamos los jugos que usamos seg\u00fan el color:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MORADAS: <\/strong>Frambuesa y remolacha<br \/><strong>ROSAS:<\/strong> Frambuesa<br \/><strong>NARANJAS: <\/strong>Naranja y zanahoria<br \/><strong>AMARILLAS: <\/strong>Lim\u00f3n y c\u00farcuma<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las formitas las logramos con moldes de silicona que compramos especialmente para la ocasi\u00f3n. Nuestra tem\u00e1tica era frutal, pero pueden jugar con muchas otras variedades, incluso algunos hechos en casa. En cuanto al rendimiento, dependen mucho del molde, con las cantidades que damos en la receta y los moldes mini que usamos, salen como 60 unidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El resultado est\u00e1 a la vista. La manito que hurga en el plato es la de Sim\u00f3n, que prob\u00f3 todas y el \u00fanico sabor que no le cop\u00f3 fue el verde y lo esquiv\u00f3 durante toda la sesi\u00f3n de las fotos que hizo <a
