Uno de esos platos ten\u00eda quinoa crocante. No s\u00e9 c\u00f3mo es que no la hab\u00eda probado antes, ni c\u00f3mo es que viv\u00ed casi 43 a\u00f1os sin conocer esta maravilla. As\u00ed que les dije a las chicas: <em>&#8220;la voy a tener que hacer&#8221;<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para mi sorpresa, es una receta que HACE MEDIO PLANETA. De verdad es que no entiendo en qu\u00e9 taper estuve viviendo todo este tiempo. Quinoa crocante, crispy, crijiente, <em>you name it<\/em>. La web est\u00e1 llena de informaci\u00f3n y tips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e1sicamente esta es una de esas recetas que no es una receta, porque lo \u00fanico que necesit\u00e1s es tener quinoa cocida y mandarla al horno bajo en una placa. Es decir que la pod\u00e9s hacer con sobras. Originalmente ni aceite lleva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Queda con una textura incre\u00edble, s\u00faper crocante y vers\u00e1til porque, al no estar saborizada se puede usar tanto para dulce como para salado. Yo la us\u00e9 para agregarle magia a mi ensalada y luego me anim\u00e9 a mezclarla con la preparaci\u00f3n de la <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/granola-casera\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">granola casera<\/a>. Qued\u00f3 un fuego!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Claro que se puede saborizar a gusto y piacere para generar distintas sensaciones, por ejemplo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PARA DULCE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Va bien con extracto de vainilla, canela, cacao, alg\u00fan <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/maple-syrup-de-papa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sirope<\/a>, ralladura de c\u00edtricos -o polvo, como el de <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/polvo-de-mandarina-y-otros-citricos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mandarina<\/a>-, coco rallado. Pod\u00e9s mezclar varios, usar todos, sumar otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/quinoa-crocante_2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"8561\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/quinoa-crocante_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8561\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/quinoa-crocante_3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"8562\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/quinoa-crocante_3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8562\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PARA SALADO<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Piment\u00f3n ahumado o merken, ajo en polvo, c\u00farcuma, jenjibre, oliva, or\u00e9gano, tomillo, romero, salsa de soja, sal marina, pimienta, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IMPORTANTE: <\/strong>Laven bien la quinoa. Especialmente si es org\u00e1nica -en mi experiencia suele ser m\u00e1s amarga-. No es f\u00e1cil, porque es tan petit!
