Quedan esponjosas, livianas, azucaradas y riqu\u00edsimas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde hace semanas tengo unas ganas locas de comer tiramis\u00fa. Y aunque en nuestro hermos\u00edsimo libro <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/comida-internacional-vegana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Comida Internacional Vegana<\/a> tenemos una receta que es una bomba, yo ten\u00eda ganas de hacerlo con las cl\u00e1sicas vainillas. En el libro hacemos un bizcocho que queda muy similar y tambi\u00e9n es sin gluten, pero no es lo mismo que usar vainillas. Y yo quer\u00eda vainillas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quer\u00eda adem\u00e1s que las vainillas fueran sin gluten, porque me top\u00e9 con varias recetas veganas en internet y quer\u00eda que la nuestra aportara alguna novedad. Adem\u00e1s, me cost\u00f3 cero trabajo, porque salieron bien a la primera, bueno, a la segunda. La primera vez me qued\u00f3 muy seca la masa debido a que la harina sin gluten absorbe m\u00e1s agua. Como consecuencia no se me expandieron las vainillas en el molde y m\u00e1s que vainillas quedaron unos grisines incomibles. Por eso aviso que las proporciones son para las harinas que yo us\u00e9, si usan otras, probablemente deban hacer una prueba antes (lo mejor es hacer la mitad de ingredientes por las dudas).<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/vainillas_2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/vainillas_2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8612\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LA F\u00d3RMULA<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Para reemplazar al huevo<\/strong>, us\u00e9 aquafaba para las claras y una pizca de c\u00farcuma y sal kala namak para dar el sabor y color de las yemas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Para<\/strong> <strong>reemplazar la harina de trigo<\/strong>, us\u00e9 nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/mix-de-harina-gf\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mix para reposter\u00eda<\/a> sin gluten que es un golazo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/vainillas_3.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/vainillas_3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8613\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EL MOLDE<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfEs necesario tener molde? No, pero s\u00ed. O sea, yo prob\u00e9 las dos versiones: la que ven en la foto -con molde- y la que no qued\u00f3 apta para fotograf\u00eda -sin molde-. Las del molde quedaron espectaculares, altas, esponjosas, tiernas. Las sin molde se achataron bastante, se me quemaron los bordes y se me secaron por dem\u00e1s. Mi recomendaci\u00f3n es que si las van a hacer sin molde, est\u00e9n bien alertas al horno y no agueguen m\u00e1s harina a la f\u00f3rmula para que no se &#8220;deslice&#8221; la masa porque, como les cont\u00e9 m\u00e1s arriba, no queda bien.  Lo mejor es ponerlas pegaditas -sin dejar espacio intermedio- para que no se achaten. Ojo que tal vez se puede improvisar alg\u00fan tipo de molde separador casero con papel manteca o papel aluminio, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora s\u00ed, les dejo con la receta y para una pr\u00f3xima entrega,
