{"id":873,"date":"2014-07-09T18:21:56","date_gmt":"2014-07-09T16:21:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/holavegan.theblogpress.com\/?p=873"},"modified":"2026-04-13T06:16:31","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T09:16:31","slug":"pasta-cremosa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/en\/pasta-cremosa\/","title":{"rendered":"Pasta Cremosa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Es posible lograr una pasta cremosa sin el agregado de la cl\u00e1sica crema de leche o queso crema.<br \/>\nEste plato tiene una textura untuosa y sabrosa, 100% vegano.<br \/>\nPod\u00e9s preparar en casa una crema de avena, de arroz o de caj\u00fa, igual que como prepar\u00e1s la leche de avena, arroz o\u00a0caj\u00fa, solo que con menos agua, para obtener una mezcla m\u00e1s pesada. Tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s usar tofu blando (no el firme, sino el que es como un queso crema) Otra opci\u00f3n es comprar quesos crema veganos a base de soja.<br \/>\nEn mi caso yo us\u00e9 una especie de &#8220;crema&#8221; de arroz que viene en un peque\u00f1o tetra brik y que se consigue en el barrio chino.<br \/>\nUs\u00e9 una pasta corta, a base de harina de qu\u00ednoa, que viene en diferentes formas y colores (las verdes son de espinacas, las rosadas\u00a0de remolacha y las naranjas de calabaza. Con esta pasta qued\u00f3 muy bien, pero pueden usar la pasta que m\u00e1s les guste, corta o larga y de la harina que prefieran.<br \/>\nOtro ingrediente que us\u00e9 y que, depende la parte del mundo y la estaci\u00f3n del a\u00f1o en la que estemos podr\u00e1 conseguirse o no, son las chiriv\u00edas. Para quienes no la conocen por su nombre, son una especie de zanahorias blancas, tienen un sabor un poco m\u00e1s fuerte, pero tambi\u00e9n son dulzonas y crocantes y pueden comerse tanto crudas como class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Instructions<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cortar la chiriv\u00eda o zanahoria al sesgo en peque\u00f1as rodajitas.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Picar el diente de ajo.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Lavar y escurrir las espinacas.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">En una olla, cocinar la pasta seg\u00fan las indicaciones del paquete.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">En una sart\u00e9n o wok, calentar un chorrito de aceite de oliva.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Agregar el ajo picado y la chiriv\u00eda o zanahoria.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Mover para que se doren de ambos lados.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Bajar el fuego.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Agregar la crema de arroz y la levadura nutricional.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Sazonar con sal y pimienta.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Una vez lista la pasta, escurrir y agregar a la sart\u00e9n.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Sartenear unos segundos y colocar encima las hojas de espinaca frescas.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Apagar el fuego y revolver para integrar.<\/li>\n<li
