Una opci\u00f3n diferente a las papas al horno como acompa\u00f1amiento. Pueden comerlas en ensaladas, como guarnici\u00f3n o simplemente solas, con unas hojas verdes frescas. class=\"ingredient\">3 dientes de ajo<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Romero fresco o seco<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 taza de aceto bals\u00e1mico<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Sal, pimienta y aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Instructions<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Lavar y pelar las remolachas.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cortarlas en cuartos.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">En un bol, colocar el aceto, el az\u00facar, el romero, la sal, pimienta y aceite de oliva.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Aplastar los dientes de ajo.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Colocar en el bol las remolachas, junto con los dientes de ajo y mover para que se embeban en la mezcla de aceto.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Disponer las remolachas en una placa de horno ligeramente aceitada.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Colocar la placa en horno precalentado y agregar 1 cm. de agua hirviendo a la fuente con mucho cuidado.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cerrar el horno y cocinar durante 20 minutos aproximadamente o hasta que el agua se haya evaporado por completo.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Si es necesario girar las remolachas y hornear para lograr un dorado parejo.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Se pueden comer class=\"instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Wash and peel the beets.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cut them into quarters.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a bowl, place the vinegar, sugar, rosemary, salt, pepper and olive oil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Crush the garlic cloves.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place the beets in the bowl along with the garlic cloves and move to wet in that mix vinegar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Arrange the beets on a lightly oiled baking dish.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place the baking dish in preheated oven and add 1 cm. boiling water carefully.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Close the oven and cook for about 20 minutes until the water has completely evaporated.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">If necessary turn the beets and bake to achieve even browning.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">They can be eaten immediately or warmer in a salad.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div
