Est\u00e1 tan lleno de vegetales como de colores y sabores.<br \/>\nIdeal para preparar si te sobr\u00f3 arroz cocido de otra preparaci\u00f3n y si no, simplemente, cocin\u00e1 un poco del arroz que m\u00e1s te guste.<br \/>\nYo us\u00e9 arroz yaman\u00ed, pero pod\u00e9s hacerlo con el arroz que tengas, trat\u00e1 de que sea un arroz que quede bien desgranadito, para que se separe bien y en cada bocado puedas disfrutar de la variedad de texturas y sabores de los vegetales.<\/p>\n<p>Este plato se prepara r\u00e1pido, en lo que yo m\u00e1s demoro, les juro, es en el corte de las verduras, porque para que todo se mezcle bien, corto las verduras MUY chiquititas.<br \/>\nPara los que gustan de un leve sabor dulce, pueden poner pasas de uva, yo le puse y quedan incre\u00edbles, si no te cajus<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cda. de semillas de s\u00e9samo negro<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cda. de aceite de man\u00ed o girasol<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">sal, pimienta, class=\"instruction\">Cortar la zanahoria, el zucchini y la cebolla en cubitos lo m\u00e1s chiquitos posibles, reservar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Desgranar el choclo, reservar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Desgranar el tofu pis\u00e1ndolo con un tenedor, reservar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Calentar un wok.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Agregar un chorrito de
