En <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/libros\/\">nuestros libros<\/a> tambi\u00e9n hay diferentes opciones de ricota. Pero en esta oportunidad, decidimos ir un poco m\u00e1s all\u00e1 y hacer una ricota que se puede fermentar para que su sabor sea a\u00fan m\u00e1s especial y su calidad nutricional a\u00fan mejor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para esta receta usamos como base el <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/tofu-firme\/\">tofu<\/a> y como fermento nuestro incre\u00edble <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/yogur-de-avena\/\">yogur de avena<\/a> (se puede usar cualquier otro yogur vegetal natural sin endulzar).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El resultado es una ricota cremosa, con acidez y cuerpo, espectacular tanto para preparaciones dulces o saladas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta ricota puede usarse apenas preparada (ya tendr\u00e1 un sabor delicioso) o dejarla fermentar por unas 8 horas a temperatura ambiente, para potenciar su sabor y aumentar sus probi\u00f3ticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pod\u00e9s usar esta ricota para veganizar cualquier receta que lleve ricota, como por ejemplo estos <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/noquis-de-ricota\/\">\u00f1oquis<\/a>, estas <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/empanadas-de-espinaca-y-ricota-de-girasol\/\">empanadas<\/a> o esta <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/torta-no-ricota\/\">torta<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y por supuesto, tambi\u00e9n pod\u00e9s comerla as\u00ed como viene sobre un <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/pan-de-espelta\/\">pan<\/a> o compartirla en una picada como lo har\u00edas con un queso untable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
