Ambos, pod\u00e9s elegir acompa\u00f1arlos con ensalada, con papas r\u00fasticas o con boniatos al horno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El &#8220;matambrito&#8221; que, obviamente est\u00e1 hecho a base de plantas, tambi\u00e9n es una receta de nuestro libro Hola Vegan y es un 10 porque no es a base de seit\u00e1n (aunque no tenemos nada contra \u00e9l) pero no todo el mundo lo puede comer, as\u00ed que nuestro principal desaf\u00edo para esta &#8220;carne&#8221; fue hacerla sin trigo y lo logramos!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su principal ingrediente es el tofu (nuestro novio) y el psyllium husk en polvo, que aporta una textura carnosa y a la vez amalgama la preparaci\u00f3n que adem\u00e1s de nutritiva, es deliciosa!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Te animamos a que lo prepares y saques tus propias conclusiones!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
