apenas te levant\u00e1s, te llenar\u00e1 de energ\u00edas, pero ser\u00e1 muy fresco y liviano, tanto, que podr\u00e1s hacer actividad f\u00edsica al minuto de haberlo terminado.<br \/>\nSe prepara en minutos y muy f\u00e1cilmente.<\/p>\n<p>Ac\u00e1 les dejo un poco de informaci\u00f3n nutricional de los ingredientes, para que vean qu\u00e9 completo y nutritivo es este desayuno:<\/p>\n<p>KIWI:
