La versi\u00f3n cl\u00e1sica lleva huevos y manteca, obviamente, pero no se asusten que mi versi\u00f3n vegana es m\u00e1s que digna y sin colesterol!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br \/>Us\u00e9 un poco de harina integral y otro tanto de harina blanca, no me anim\u00e9 a hacerlo 100% integral, porque deben ser suaves y tem\u00eda que quedaran demasiado densos, pero ustedes pueden probarlos si as\u00ed lo desean, o usar harina de espelta o kamut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta receta es parte de nuestro segundo libro <em>COMIDA INTERNACIONAL VEGANA<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br \/>A\u00a0meter las manos en la style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Amasar hasta obtener un bollo liso, tapar y dejar
