Con leche de coco, cacao y algarroba. MMMMMMM<br \/>\nEsta receta, como todos los helados, recomiendo prepararla de un d\u00eda para el otro, para que la mezcla se enfr\u00ede bien y se asiente bien en la heladera antes de proceder a &#8220;helarla&#8221;. Cuando obtiene el suficiente fr\u00edo, la mezcla se espesa y el resultado final ser\u00e1 un helado m\u00e1s cremoso en menos tiempo de batido.<\/p>\n<p>Para quienes no tengan la ice cream maker, les dejo los tips de c\u00f3mo hacerlo manualmente:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">TIP NUMERO 1:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Se puede batir la mezcla ya fr\u00eda, con batidora en un ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda invertido. Se coloca en un bol la preparaci\u00f3n y ese bol se pone adentro de otro bol lleno de hielo. Se va batiendo hasta que se vaya enfriando y quedando con consistencia \u201csoft serve\u201d o sundae y luego se lleva al freezer para que\u00a0se ponga m\u00e1s durito.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">TIP NUMERO 2:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Se puede colocar la mezcla en el freezer y cada 1 hora aproximadamente sacarla y batir, esto es para que no se cristalice el helado y quede cremoso. amargo<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cda. de harina de algarroba<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">100 grs. de almendras<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Instructions<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">En una cacerolita, mezclar la leche de coco con el az\u00facar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Abrir la vaina de vainilla y colocar las semillas y la vaina en la cacerolita.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Llevar la leche a hervor.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Retirar del fuego, dejar que se enfr\u00ede.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Una vez fr\u00eda la preparaci\u00f3n, agregar la gota de extracto de almendras, el cacao y la algarroba, mezclar bien hasta integrar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Guardar esta preparaci\u00f3n en la heladera hasta el d\u00eda siguiente.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Al d\u00eda siguiente, colocar en la ice cream maker por 30 o 40 minutos.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">minutos antes de apagar la m\u00e1quina, agregar las almendras.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Guardar en el freezer hasta the vanilla pod and place the seeds and pod to the saucepan.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Bring the milk to a boil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Remove from heat, let cool.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Once cool the preparation, add a drop of almond extract, cocoa and carob, mix well to incorporate.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Save this preparation in the refrigerator
