Siempre lo preparo cuando tengo ganas de una cena glamorosa. No requiere de mucho trabajo previo y se prepara en el momento, as\u00ed que si ten\u00e9s invitados a tu casa, es importante que regules los tiempos de cocci\u00f3n para que no se te pase.Se pueden adelantar pasos, pero el montado final debe hacerse unos minutos antes de servir la mesa.<\/p>\n<p>El risotto se prepara con un arroz de grano corto, variedad Arborio o Carnaroli, que contiene gran cantidad de almid\u00f3n, lo que produce un guiso de consistencia cremosa.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/R_03.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5398\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/R_03.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nSe puede preparar con diferentes ingredientes. El que hoy les traigo es un cl\u00e1sico, hongos y vino tinto.<\/p>\n<p>La diferencia con el risotto tradicional son los ingredientes del montado, el cl\u00e1sico se monta con manteca y queso parmesano. En la versi\u00f3n vegana, yo us\u00e9 aceite de oliva y levadura nutricional, para dar ese toque a queso.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/R_05.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5400\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/R_05.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"900\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>La receta pide caldo de verduras natural, no te asustes, lo pod\u00e9s hacer muy r\u00e1pidamente usando 1 zanahoria, 1 puerro y 1 cebolla, picar groseramente y colocarlos en una olla. Incorporar 1 o 2 litros de agua hirviendo y ponerla al fuego. Agregar pimienta en grano, sal gruesa y hojas de laurel. Dejar hervir por 10 o 15 minutos y listo! Ten\u00e9s un caldo vegetal 0% grasa para cocinar lo que quieras (este risotto, una sopa crema, un guiso, etc).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"easyrecipe\">\n<div class=\"item ERName\"><strong>Vegan Risotto de hongos<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERClear\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\"><span class=\"xlate\">Recipe Type<\/span>: <span class=\"type\">Main<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Cuisine: <span class=\"cuisine\">Vegan<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Author: <span class=\"author\">Lol\u00e9t<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Serves: <span class=\"yield\">4<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERIngredients\">\n<div class=\"ERIngredientsHeader\">Ingredients<\/div>\n<ul class=\"ingredients\">\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tazas de arroz Arborio o Carnaroli<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cebolla morada<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 taza de vino tinto<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">400 grs. de hongos frescos<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 litro de caldo de verduras natural<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 taza de levadura nutricional<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Sal, pimienta y aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">C\u00farcuma, p\u00e1prika, aj\u00ed molido<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Elaboraci\u00f3n paso a paso:<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Poner el caldo a hervir.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Picar la cebolla.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">En una sart\u00e9n con un chorrito de aceite de oliva, saltear la cebolla.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Agregar el arroz crudo y saltear apenas en el aceite, movi\u00e9ndolo con cuchara de madera. No debe dorarse, solo sellarse.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Calentar el vino.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Agregar el vino caliente al arroz y remover hasta que se evapore.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Empezar a incorporar el caldo caliente de a cucharones, siempre revolviendo el arroz.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cuando se evapore todo el l\u00edquido, hay que volver a agregar y seguir revolviendo, este paso hay que repetirlo hasta que el arroz se cocine por completo.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Debe quedar al dente.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Mientras tanto, cortar los hongos en cuartos y saltearlos en otra sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite de oliva hasta que est\u00e9n dorados, reservar.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Una vez el arroz est\u00e9 cocido, dejar evaporar el l\u00edquido que quede y apagar el fuego, agregar un buen chorro de aceite de oliva y la levadura nutricional.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Condimentar con pimienta, c\u00farcuma y p\u00e1prica, batir en\u00e9rgicamente para que quede cremoso.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Incorporar los hongos.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Servir inmediatamente.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"ERNotesHeader\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERNotes\">Compartir y disfrutar!<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El risotto es uno de los platos m\u00e1s simples pero a la vez sofisticados que hay.
