La receta original no es nuestra. Y probablemente ya la conozcan, porque la hicieron en casi todos los canales, blogs y cuentas de instagram o tiktok de cocina. Se trata de un pan sin gluten, sin huevos y sin l\u00e1cteos que no se hace con harina de ning\u00fan tipo. Su f\u00f3rmula es muy sencilla:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>400 g de lentejas (peso en seco)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 ml de agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g de aceite<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 g de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 g de levadura seca<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lo m\u00e1s lindo de todo es que, adem\u00e1s de no llevar harina, no lleva amasado de ning\u00fan tipo! As\u00ed que, si te daba fiaca hacerlo porque no quer\u00edas amasar, ya no hay excusas: se hace \u00edntegramente en licuadora. <\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la conocen y ya la han probado, entonces, probablemente les haya pasado lo mismo que a nosotras: el pan queda sabroso y con buena miga pero, se rompe con facilidad. Y eso a m\u00ed me molestaba bastante, por eso prob\u00e9 diversas maneras de volverlo m\u00e1s estable hasta dar con esta f\u00f3rmula renovada que ac\u00e1 les comparto:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>400 g de lentejas (peso en seco)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 ml de agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g de aceite<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 g de sal (1 cdta)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>3 g de levadura seca (1 cdta)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 cda de psyllium en polvo<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2 cdas de harina de man\u00ed o <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/te-hacen-falta-proteinas\/\">prote\u00edna<\/a> (soja, arveja o garbanzo texturizado hecho polvo)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La receta funciona perfecto si en vez de lentejas comunes us\u00e1s turcas, o si reemplaz\u00e1s por garbanzos o arvejas. Y el pan resultante es ideal para desayunos, meriendas, colaciones o para hacer <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/jamonchito-vegano\/\">tostones<\/a> o <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/sandwich-de-vegetales-grillados\/\">sanguchitos<\/a>. Yo lo corto en rodajas y lo mando al freezer, despu\u00e9s lo saco y lo pongo directo a tostar. Queda riqu\u00edsimo con <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/queso-crema-de-almendras\/\">queso crema<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images Se puede pinchar con un palillo en el centro, como si fuera un bud\u00edn. <\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-9596-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Una vez fuera, dejar reposar antes de desmoldar.
