Por un lado, tienen raz\u00f3n, las hamburguesas supuestamente est\u00e1n hechas de carne, al igual que las milanesas, por eso muchos odian que las &#8220;milanesas&#8221; de soja se llamen milanesas. Aprovecho para decir que ODIO las milanesas de soja como odio a toda la comida empaquetada, procesada y artificial, a\u00fan no he probado armar algo similar de manera home made. Cuando lo haga, ser\u00e1n los primeros en saberlo. Volviendo a las &#8220;hamburguesas&#8221; (si, las voy a seguir llamando as\u00ed porque no s\u00e9 c\u00f3mo llamarlas) les cuento que son muy nutritivas, llenas de prote\u00edna y nutrientes, quedan muy bien en pan y tambi\u00e9n al plato acompa\u00f1adas de una ensalada fresca. Yo las cocino al horno, porque como est\u00e1n rebozadas, es un poco complicado hacerlas a la sart\u00e9n sin que se te quemen, salvo que pongas much\u00edsimo aceite, pero no es el caso si queremos que sean saludables. As\u00ed que lo que yo hago es ponerlas en una placa apenas aceitada y cocinarlas en horno fuerte vuelta y vuelta por unos minutos. Se freezan muy bien y pueden ponerlas directamente congeladas al horno, no pierden el crocantor y quedan deliciosas, porque cuando quebr\u00e1s esa barrera crocante que le da el panko y la misma qu\u00ednoa, adentro son esponjosas y suaves y nada es m\u00e1s hermoso en la comida que los contrastes, crocante y cremoso, son muy sabrosas y puedo asegurarte que en cada bocado vas a exclamar MMMMMMMMMMM!
