{"id":9927,"date":"2014-04-14T19:58:49","date_gmt":"2014-04-14T17:58:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/holavegan.theblogpress.com\/?p=375"},"modified":"2026-04-12T18:29:25","modified_gmt":"2026-04-12T21:29:25","slug":"hamburguesas-veganas-de-arroz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/en\/hamburguesas-veganas-de-arroz\/","title":{"rendered":"Hamburguesas de Arroz"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em\">El otro d\u00eda me sobr\u00f3 arroz cocido de una cena, es un arroz muy loco que compr\u00e9 para probar, se llama &#8220;arroz salvaje&#8221;, es de grano largo y de color casi rojo cuando est\u00e1 crudo, pero al cocinarse se aclara un poco.<\/span> Bueno, la cuesti\u00f3n es que, hay ciertos alimentos que pueden usarse como ingrediente para crear una nueva comida, muchas veces, nos sobran cosas y con esas sobras no sabemos qu\u00e9 hacer, queda un poco de algo suelto pero que no da para comerlo solo (como era el caso de este arroz) entonces, se me ocurri\u00f3 hacer unas hamburguesas con este arroz y la verdad es que quedaron espectaculares, por eso quiero compartirlas con ustedes. Obvio que si no tienen el arroz salvaje, pueden usar arroz integral o arroz com\u00fan incluso, traten de evitar los arroces tipo &#8220;oro&#8221; que no se pegan, porque va a ser imposible que se les formen las hamburguesas, as\u00ed que cuanto m\u00e1s pegote el arroz mejor. OJO, esto no quiere decir que est\u00e9 recontra pasado y que sea pur\u00e9 de arroz, lo que digo es que, contenga el almid\u00f3n caracter\u00edstico para que sea f\u00e1cil formarlo. Esta receta es muy muy MUY f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pida y como el arroz ya est\u00e1 cocido, la hamburguesa se cocina en minutitos, vuelta y vuelta hasta dorarla en la sart\u00e9n. Es una receta divertida para hacer con ni\u00f1os, como todas las recetas que involucran formar cosas con las manos. Adem\u00e1s, es hermoso que los chicos toquen y experimenten la comida y luego puedan disfrutar algo que ellos mismos prepararon.
