Esto por un lado me irrita mucho, porque HELLO? Mi blog es de RECETAS! Pero por el otro, me da la oportunidad de escribir sobre cosas \u00fatiles, tips y consejos que a veces son m\u00e1s importantes que una receta.<br \/>\nAs\u00ed que mientras se arregla este inconveniente, voy a hacer un post sobre el freezer.<br \/>\nSi, el bendito freezer.<br \/>\nEl freezer es una herramienta para aprovechar, no debe ser, de ninguna manera, un cementerio de sobras de comidas. Si bien, muchas veces puede venir bien una sobrita para sacar y comer directo, esos d\u00edas que no hay tiempo ni ganas de cocinar, creo que el freezer merece m\u00e1s que esto.<br \/>\nSi sos de los que lo tienen vac\u00edo o lleno de hielo, es hora de que empieces a valorarlo y explotarlo, ya que un freezer bien administrado puede salvarte en muchas ocasiones y hacerte la vida m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil.<br \/>\nEntonces, qu\u00e9 tener en el freezer?<\/p>\n<p><strong>FRUTAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yo suelo tener frutas freezadas, en general las uso para hacer smoothies, helados, salsas o dulces.<br \/>\nPor ejemplo, con bananas congeladas pod\u00e9s preparar un delicioso helado cremoso, raw y 100% natural, simplemente ten\u00e9s que freezar las bananas peladas y cortadas en rodajas. Cuando quieras preparar el helado, las sac\u00e1s, las proces\u00e1s hasta que se hagan una crema, pod\u00e9s agregar cacao, dulce de leche, chips de chocolate, man\u00ed, lo que desees, e ir jugando con los sabores y texturas. (Duran hasta 4 meses)<\/p>\n<p>Lo mismo va para las frutillas y el mango. Pod\u00e9s preparar un sorbete de la misma forma que con la banana o directamente preparar licuados sin el agregado de hielo, quedan &#8220;frozen&#8221;. Uno de mis preferidos es frutillas congeladas y jugo de naranja natural. Licuadora y VOILA! Un delicioso smoothie lleno de vitaminas. (Las frutillas duran hasta 1 a\u00f1o, los mangos 4 meses)<\/p>\n<p>Todo tipo de frutos rojos, que despu\u00e9s pod\u00e9s poner sobre un brownie con helado, una cheesecake o hacer reducciones o salsas. (En general duran 1 a\u00f1o)<\/p>\n<p><strong>VEGETALES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Espinacas\/Acelga\/Boc Choi\u00a0fresco o blanqueado. Te salvan para hacer una salsa, una tarta, \u00f1oquis o lo que se te ocurra. (Duran hasta 10 meses)<\/p>\n<p>Br\u00f3colis, los guardo despu\u00e9s de preparar <a title=\"Brocolis salteados e irresistibles\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/2014\/03\/27\/brocolis-salteados\/\">esta receta<\/a> (si es que sobran, en general no) (Duran hasta 3 meses)<\/p>\n<p>Perejil picado en bolsitas. (Dura hasta 6 meses)<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n suelo comprar arvejas y choclos ya congelados, siempre los tengo a mano para agregar a alg\u00fan salteado de vegetales o para saltear con pastas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CALDOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si preparaste caldo y te sobra, pod\u00e9s guardarlo en cubeteras, para tener &#8220;cubitos&#8221; de caldo natural o bien, poner una bolsita en una taza, colocar el caldo, freezarlo en la taza hasta que se congele y cuando est\u00e1 congelado, sacar la taza y guardar solo la bolsita con el caldo. (Duran hasta 4 meses)<\/p>\n<p><strong>PANIFICADOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yo siempre guardo buen pan en mi freezer, ya sea que lo hagas vos o que lo compres, tener buen pan es sin\u00f3nimo de que, si un d\u00eda lleg\u00e1s hambriento, basta con descongelarlo y hacerte un sandwich de &#8220;loquesea&#8221;. Tambi\u00e9n es pr\u00e1ctico para las tostadas del desayuno, para preparar bruschettas, una picada o simplemente comerlo con hummus (por ejemplo)<br \/>\nGuardalo siempre porcionado, ya sea en rodajas o en trozos, para no tener que descongelar una pieza entera de una.<br \/>\nOtra cosa que entra en esta categor\u00eda son las <a title=\"Wraps tortillas\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/2014\/03\/18\/tortillas-para-wraps\/\">tortillas para wraps<\/a>, te salvan porque se descongelan en 2 minutos y son s\u00faper vers\u00e1tiles. (Los panes en general, duran hasta 6 meses)<\/p>\n<p><strong>MASAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Esto es un MUST, las masas ya listas y freezadas son la salvaci\u00f3n de cualquier persona <em>comeharinas<\/em> como yo. Cuando preparo masa para algo, siempre hago cantidad, para poder freezarla.<br \/>\n<a title=\"Tarta de Zucchini\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/2014\/05\/29\/tarta-de-zucchini\/\">Masa para tartas<\/a> o empanadas.<br \/>\nMasa para pizzas.<br \/>\nMasa para wraps.<br \/>\nMasa para \u00f1oquis.<br \/>\n(Duran hasta 3 meses)<\/p>\n<p><strong>HAMBURGUESAS\/FALAFEL\/MILANESAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00faper pr\u00e1cticas a la hora de &#8220;descongelar y comer&#8221; Guardalas crudas \u00a0siempre en tapers o bolsas con separadores.<\/p>\n<p>Ac\u00e1 van algunas opciones de <a title=\"Hamburguesas de Arroz\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/2014\/04\/14\/hamburguesas-veganas-de-arroz\/\">Vegan Burgers<\/a>, <a title=\"Pita Falafel\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/2014\/05\/05\/pita-falafel\/\">Falafel <\/a>y <a title=\"Berenjenas rebozadas\" href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/2014\/05\/12\/berenjenas-rebozadas\/\">Milanesas de berenjenas<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TEMPEH\/TOFU\/SEITAN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Siempre tengo a estos aliados prot\u00e9icos en mi freezer, ya sea para grillar, comer en sandwich, wok o ensalada. Los freezo ya cortados (el tofu en cubos, el tempeh y el seit\u00e1n en rodajas) as\u00ed se descongelan en un santiam\u00e9n y pueden ser convertidos en deliciosos platos en minutos!<\/p>\n<p>Y vos?
