{"id":9933,"date":"2014-11-20T14:11:33","date_gmt":"2014-11-20T13:11:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/holavegan.theblogpress.com\/?p=1430"},"modified":"2026-04-12T18:25:06","modified_gmt":"2026-04-12T21:25:06","slug":"vegan-pepas-con-mermelada-de-frambuesas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/holavegan.com\/en\/vegan-pepas-con-mermelada-de-frambuesas\/","title":{"rendered":"Vegan Pepas de Frambuesas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Esta es una de las recetas de las que me enorgullezco, sinceramente, porque uno extra\u00f1a muchas cosas cuando se convierte al veganismo y no hay por qu\u00e9 privarse de nada, todo puede veganizarse, algunas cosas quedan tan parecidas que ni siquiera podr\u00edas darte cuenta, otras quedan incre\u00edblemente mejor (por ejemplo el helado hecho con leche de coco) otras, bueno, quedan similares en textura o en sabor.<br \/> Me divierte veganizar, me encanta poder lograr buenos resultados, a veces requiere tiempo y pruebas y otras veces, el resultado es inmejorable desde el primer intento.<br \/> Ese es el caso de estas deliciosas pepas veganas.<\/p>\n<p>Se preguntar\u00e1n c\u00f3mo logr\u00e9 el color amarillo en la masa, sin usar yemas? Bueno, develar\u00e9 todos los secretos en esta receta.<br \/> Para que les queden igual que a m\u00ed, deben respetar cantidades e ingredientes, no puedo asegurar que les queden igual si usan otro aceite, otras semillas u otras harinas, as\u00ed que, si pueden, usen los mismos elementos y si no, prueben y cu\u00e9ntenme sus resultados.<\/p>\n<p>Algunos detalles:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Color amarillo en la masa:<\/strong><br \/> Hice una mezcla de harina de trigo y harina de ma\u00edz amarillo, simple.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reemplazo del huevo:<\/strong><br \/> Semillas de lino doradas (no las marrones, sino las amarillas) procesadas a polvo e hidratadas (tambi\u00e9n aportaron color amarillo)<\/p>\n<p>Az\u00facar rubio o mascabo que tambi\u00e9n aporta color, adem\u00e1s de ser m\u00e1s saludable que el az\u00facar blanco refinado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXTRACTO puro de vainilla:<\/strong><br \/> Me quiero detener en este punto, porque es muy importante. Hay una gran diferencia entre la ESENCIA de vainilla o vainill\u00edn y el EXTRACTO puro de vainilla.<br \/> El extracto se obtiene por la maceraci\u00f3n de las vainas de vainilla en alcohol, es altamente concentrado, de sabor espectacular.<br \/> La escencia es un qu\u00edmico, se prepara de manera industrial y no tiene nada de natural (y nada de vainilla) S\u00e9 que hay una gran diferencia en el precio, pero, vale la pena gastar un poco m\u00e1s y comprar el extracto. Van a usar menos cantidad, ya que es muy concentrado, es mucho m\u00e1s rico y natural.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Relleno:<\/strong><br \/> Yo us\u00e9 una mermelada org\u00e1nica de frambuesas. Por qu\u00e9? Porque ac\u00e1 en Amstedam no consigo dulce de membrillo, bah, venden uno en el lugar que venden yerba y productos argentinos, pero ese no es vegano ya que est\u00e1 elaborado con gelatina. Si ustedes consiguen dulce de membrillo vegano o si consiguen membrillos para hacerlo, GENIAL! Sino, pueden usar una mermelada vegana del sabor que les guste para hacer diferentes sabores de pepas.<\/p>\n<p>Bien, habiendo hecho todas las aclaraciones pertinentes, paso a la
