Tabbouleh crudo??? Peeeeeeeeeerooooooooo&#8230; y el cous cous??? Ac\u00e1 me tienen descubriendo las maravillas de la comida cruda, estoy como en Disneylandia! Yo no ten\u00eda idea de las cosas incre\u00edbles que se pueden hacer, y muchas son muy f\u00e1ciles! Estoy entrando en mi segunda semana de comida 100% cruda y debo decirles que me siento como una locomotora! Es espectacular c\u00f3mo los niveles de energ\u00eda se van para arriba cuando comemos s\u00f3lo alimentos crudos, alcalinos, enzim\u00e1ticos, vivos, llenos de nutrientes! Uno podr\u00eda creer que comiendo s\u00f3lo comida cruda se pasa hambre y no se tiene fuerza, pueeeeeeeeeeeeessssss TODO LO CONTRARIO! La comida cruda alimenta de manera m\u00e1s eficiente a nuestro organismo que la comida cocida, es por eso que, el sistema digestivo tiene menos trabajo que hacer, gasta menos energ\u00edas en digerir, gracias a las enzimas presentes en los alimentos crudos. Bueno, basta de palabrer\u00edos! S\u00f3lo quiero animarlos a probar comer m\u00e1s comida cruda, que puede ser muy divertida y deliciosa, adem\u00e1s de saludable! Volviendo al Tabbouleh, como bien lo estar\u00e1s suponiendo, no us\u00e9 trigo burgol, ya que, no ser\u00eda crudo de haberlo hecho. Eso que parece trigo burgol y que tiene su misma textura en mi ensalada, es&#8230; TATAN TATAAAAAAAAAN COLIFLOR! Si si, lo cort\u00e9 groseramente y lo pas\u00e9 por la procesadora, hasta lograr estos min\u00fasculos pedacitos similares al bulghur. Luego, solo resta agregarle los ingredientes t\u00edpicos de un Tabbouleh, pimientos\u00a0picaditos, cebolla morada, cilantro (o menta) pasas de uva, almendras. Yo hice una vinagreta de lima, aceite de oliva y sirope de d\u00e1tiles, para darle un toque dulz\u00f3n!
