Qu\u00e9 cosa tan rica! Ideal para esos d\u00edas de fr\u00edo, bien cremosa y calentita, con una salsa contundente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prepar\u00e9 esta polenta como me la hac\u00eda mi mam\u00e1, claro que mam\u00e1 la hac\u00eda con animalitos&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/polenta-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/polenta-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7167\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>En mi versi\u00f3n vegana he logrado juntar todo: una polenta bien cremosa, una <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/fideos-con-tuco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">salsa espesa<\/a> y carnosa (usando texturizado de soja) queso derretido mezclado con la polenta (puede ser cualquiera derretible y *ACTUALIZACI\u00d3N* varios de nuestros quesos del <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/curso-de-quesos-vegetales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CURSO DE QUESOS VEGETALES<\/a>) y parmesano o levadura nutricional para finalizar. Chorrito de aceite de oliva y pimienta negra reci\u00e9n molida coronan el plato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la foto se ve muy prolijito, pero apenas saqu\u00e9 la foto lo desorden\u00e9 todo, \u00a1todo mezclado es mucho m\u00e1s rico! <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a polenta total, si sobra, la dej\u00e1s enfriar y la pod\u00e9s hacer <a href=\"https:\/\/holaveganc1dev.wpenginepowered.com\/bastoncitos-de-polenta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bastoncitos<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OJO, que la polenta llena mucho, pero se digiere muy r\u00e1pido, vas a sentir que est\u00e1s por reventar, pero al rato vas a tener hambre de nuevo,
