Gluten Free Falafel

  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 1 cup cooked beans
  • ½ cup chickpea flour
  • ½ cup ground almonds
  • Pepper olive oil, salt,
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. garam masala
  • ½ tsp. cumin
  • chopped cilantro

Elaboración paso a paso

  • Place in food processor chickpeas and beans, process until very finely chop (does not have to be a paste)
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the spices and cilantro.
  • Add the chickpea flour and ground almonds, work the dough with your hands or a spatula until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least ½ hour.
  • After cooling the mixture, form small balls and flatten them, place them in a baking dish with a little olive oil.
  • Cook in hot oven until golden brown.
