Place in food processor chickpeas and beans, process until very finely chop (does not have to be a paste)
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the spices and cilantro.
Add the chickpea flour and ground almonds, work the dough with your hands or a spatula until all ingredients are well combined.
Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least ½ hour.
After cooling the mixture, form small balls and flatten them, place them in a baking dish with a little olive oil.
Cook in hot oven until golden brown.
