Spinach Cakes

Ingredientes
  

  • 500 grs. fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp. of dehydrated onion
  • 2 tbsp. chickpea flour
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • Salt pepper and olive oil

Elaboración paso a paso
 

  • Wash the spinach leaves well.
  • Divide them into batches and cook in a nonstick skillet with a little olive oil.
  • When all the spinach is cooked, squeeze with your hands to drain well and remove all the water.
  • Chop coarsely with a sharp knife.
  • Place the spinach in a bowl and set aside.
  • In another bowl mix the water with chickpea flour, add to the bowl with the spinach.
  • Incorporate dehydrated onion, nutritional yeast and season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix well.
  • Scoop the mixture on a baking sheet with Silpat or silicone, giving the desired shape.
  • Cook in preheated oven until golden brown, turning to golden is even.
  • Serve hot or warm with potatoes, salad or dips!
