Wash the spinach leaves well.
Divide them into batches and cook in a nonstick skillet with a little olive oil.
When all the spinach is cooked, squeeze with your hands to drain well and remove all the water.
Chop coarsely with a sharp knife.
Place the spinach in a bowl and set aside.
In another bowl mix the water with chickpea flour, add to the bowl with the spinach.
Incorporate dehydrated onion, nutritional yeast and season with salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Scoop the mixture on a baking sheet with Silpat or silicone, giving the desired shape.
Cook in preheated oven until golden brown, turning to golden is even.
Serve hot or warm with potatoes, salad or dips!
