Cut the onion, leek and carrot into small pieces.
Cut the pumpkin into quarters, peel.
Peel the potatoes and sweet potatoes, set aside.
Place all vegetables in a large pot with water.
Add a little salt and boil for 1 hour.
Place in blender potato, pumpkin and sweet potato with a few ladles of broth.
Blend until creamy and smooth soup (add more broth to desired consistency)
Add salt and pepper and place in a pot.
Let the soup heat.
Serve hot with various toppings.
