Rice Paper Rolls
Ingredients
Sauteed or grilled vegetables:
Zucchini
Bell
Eggplant
Onion
Raw ingredients:
Carrot
Leafy greens
Sprouts
Avocado
Rice paper wrappers
Instructions
Cut the vegetables into strips.
Moisturize each sheet of rice paper in a bowl with water for a few seconds.
Place it on a cloth and stretch well.
Add the filling in the middle.
Fold the two sides inward.
Roll.
Serve with soy sauce.
