Rice Paper Rolls

Ingredients

Sauteed or grilled vegetables:

  • Zucchini
  • Bell
  • Eggplant
  • Onion

Raw ingredients:

  • Carrot
  • Leafy greens
  • Sprouts
  • Avocado
  • Rice paper wrappers

Instructions

  • Cut the vegetables into strips.
  • Moisturize each sheet of rice paper in a bowl with water for a few seconds.
  • Place it on a cloth and stretch well.
  • Add the filling in the middle.
  • Fold the two sides inward.
  • Roll.
  • Serve with soy sauce.
