Soak seeds 3 tbsp. of warm water.
Mix the flour and baking powder.
Add the seeds once activated, syrup and milk.
Mix until blended.
If you need a little more milk, add, should be a paste or very liquid nor too tick.
In a skillet or pancake maker with a little oil, place spoonfuls of batter and cook on both sides, over low heat until puffed.
Serve with cashew butter, blueberries and sliced banana.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cocoa nibs and dried fruits.
