Ingredientes
  

  • cups teff flour
  • ½ cup carob flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tbsp. ground flax seed activated
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • + ½ cup almond milk

Elaboración paso a paso
 

  • Soak seeds 3 tbsp. of warm water.
  • Mix the flour and baking powder.
  • Add the seeds once activated, syrup and milk.
  • Mix until blended.
  • If you need a little more milk, add, should be a paste or very liquid nor too tick.
