Cook noodles in plenty of water, according to package specifications.
Strain and reserve.
In a skillet with a little olive oil, place the quartered mushrooms, cook until browned.
Add the minced garlic.
Remove the seeds of zucchini and undercut bite size.
Saute zucchini until golden.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the noodles to the pan and integrate with mushrooms and zucchini.
Serve with hemp seed and nutritional yeast.
