Un postre rápido, delicioso y saludable. Frutillas + Chocolate RAW + Copos de coco.
Sexy, liviano, ideal para acompañar con un espumante en una cena romántica a la luz de las velas!
No necesita receta, porque es eso, derretir un buen chocolate (mucho mejor si es raw) y mojar la punta de las frutillas. Antes de que se endurezca el chocolate le podés pegar el coco, o si te gusta más un praliné de almendras, o granola o lo que quieras.
TIP: Si no tenés chocolate podés usar cacao amargo en polvo mezclado con aceite de coco y un toque de sirope.

Chocofrutillas
Ingredients
- 2 tazas de frutillas frescas
- 100 grs. de chocolate puro raw
- Copos de coco
Instructions
- Lavar y secar bien las frutillas.
- Picar el chocolate y colocarlo en un bol resistente al calor.
- Cubrir el chocolate con agua caliente, dejar reposar unos minutos sin mover.
- Desechar todo el agua.
- Mezclar el chocolate ya fundido.
- Introducir las puntas de las frutillas y dejarlas reposar en una fuente.
- Pegarles cuidadosamente los copos de coco.
- Llevar a la heladera hasta el momento de servir.

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 100 grs. Pure raw chocolate
- Coconut flakes
Instructions
- Wash and dry strawberries.
- Chop the chocolate and place in a heat resistant bowl.
- Cover the chocolate with hot water, let stand a few minutes without moving.
- Discard all the water.
- And mixing the melted chocolate.
- Insert the strawberries in the melted chocolate and put them on a plate.
- Spanking carefully coconut flakes.
- Take to the fridge until ready to serve.
