Homemade protein granola

Ingredients

  • 100 G day organic oats
  • 100 G day textured soy protein unhydrated
  • 80 G day chopped almonds
  • 20 G day chopped nuts
  • 2 tablespoons of Shredded coconut it can be grated
  • 3/4 cup of maple syrup, agave, or similar
  • 1 splash of vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Chop the almonds and walnuts.
  • Place all dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix.
  • Add the syrup and vanilla extract and mix everything well.
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper or a silicone mat, and spread the mixture onto it, arranging it evenly.
  • Bake in a low oven (180°) for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the dish and stir to prevent burning on the edges.
  • Once ready, let it cool completely and store in a previously sterilized airtight jar.
