Instructions
Chop the almonds and walnuts.
Place all dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix.
Add the syrup and vanilla extract and mix everything well.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper or a silicone mat, and spread the mixture onto it, arranging it evenly.
Bake in a low oven (180°) for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the dish and stir to prevent burning on the edges.
Once ready, let it cool completely and store in a previously sterilized airtight jar.
