Protein powder

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of textured soy protein unhydrated
  • 1/2 cup of peanut flour
  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa

Instructions

  • Place the textured soy in the blender and pulse until it becomes powder.
  • Add the peanut flour and cocoa and pulse to combine.
  • Store in a previously sterilized airtight jar.
  • For a smoothie, place two tablespoons of protein powder per glass.
