Ingredients

cup of
textured soy protein unhydrated
1/2
cup of
peanut flour
1/4
cup of
unsweetened cocoa
Instructions
Place the textured soy in the blender and pulse until it becomes powder.
Add the peanut flour and cocoa and pulse to combine.
Store in a previously sterilized airtight jar.
For a smoothie, place two tablespoons of protein powder per glass.
