In a bowl, mix the liquid oil, activated seeds, juice and orange zest with the sugar and set aside.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
Add to the bowl of dry the liquid mixture (depending on the size of oranges, you may need a little more liquid)
Mix until a firm dough, not too thin, if too hard, add a little more juice or water.
Place in greased and floured pie pan or with parchment paper.
Bake in a low oven for 1 hour or until a toothpick to prick comes out clean.
Let cool before serving.
