- In a bowl, mix the liquid oil, activated seeds, juice and orange zest with the sugar and set aside. 
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. 
- Add to the bowl of dry the liquid mixture (depending on the size of oranges, you may need a little more liquid) 
- Mix until a firm dough, not too thin, if too hard, add a little more juice or water. 
- Place in greased and floured pie pan or with parchment paper. 
- Bake in a low oven for 1 hour or until a toothpick to prick comes out clean. 
- Let cool before serving.
