For the crust
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 tbsp. of non-hydrogenated soybean butter
- 2 tbsp. dates syrup
- 2 tsp. golden flax seed activated
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ cup water
For the filling
- 4 large apples
- 1 tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp. of non-hydrogenated soybean butter
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ cup black raisins
For the crumble
- 1 tbsp. of non-hydrogenated soybean butter
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup flaked coconut
For the crust
Mix flour, butter, soybean seeds and activated syrup.
Go adding water to form a dough.
Is a sandy dough.
Cover a baking mold oiled just putting piles of dough and crushing his hands.
For the filling
Wash, peel and cut apples into slices.
Saute in a pan with a little soy butter, adding sugar gradually.
Cook until tender and set aside.
For the crumble
Mix flour, sugar and soy butter with your fingers to form a coarse sand.
Add chopped nuts and coconut flakes, set aside.
Assemble the cake by placing the filling on the base and crumble on top.
Cook in moderate oven for 25 minutes or until top is golden brown.
Serve warm or cold.
