Gluten-Free Vegan Burger

Makes 4 burgers

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp. flaxseed activated
  • ½ cup toasted sunflower seeds and grounded
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp. smoked sea salt
  • 1 tsp. dijon mustard
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • * Optional: Oyster mushrooms grilled and sliced ​​fresh tomato

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients until blended.
  • "Knead" the dough with your hands and separate into 4 balls.
  • Flatten balls to form patties.
  • Brush the patties with olive oil and grill in a non stick pan.
  • Serve with green salad and baked sweet potatoes.
