Gluten-Free Vegan Burger
Makes 4 burgers
Ingredients
2
cups
cooked rice
2
tbsp.
flaxseed activated
½
cup
toasted sunflower seeds and grounded
1
clove
garlic
minced
1
tsp.
smoked sea salt
1
tsp.
dijon mustard
Freshly ground black pepper
* Optional: Oyster mushrooms grilled and sliced fresh tomato
Instructions
Mix all ingredients until blended.
"Knead" the dough with your hands and separate into 4 balls.
Flatten balls to form patties.
Brush the patties with olive oil and grill in a non stick pan.
Serve with green salad and baked sweet potatoes.
